Application of Load Cells in TMR Feed Mixer Wagons
Leave a message
Load cells are the core weighing components of a TMR feed mixer wagon. Installed between the mixing tub and the chassis, they typically use three- or four-point support, mostly cantilever beam type, with about 5 t capacity and IP67 protection. They measure material weight in real time, and the indicator displays it in the cab with filtering to reduce vibration interference from the auger. The operator loads ingredients according to the formula, with target and current weights shown on screen to control batching errors. Routine checks include sensor binding, cable shielding and grounding, plus regular calibration with test weights. High-precision weighing ensures balanced rations and lower feeding costs.
